Our books are currently available for pre-order. Once your order is placed, your book will be printed on-demand through our trusted fulfillment partner, BookVault. We'll notify you via email when your order ships with tracking information.

We currently ship to 48 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Africa, Australia, and most of Europe. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Delivery: Shipping times vary by location, typically 5-10 business days for most regions
• Total estimated time: 8-15 business days from order placement

Tracking Your Order

Returns & Exchanges

Our Quality Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality educational colouring books. Because our books are printed on-demand specifically for you, we have a limited returns policy:

Eligible for Return or Replacement:

• Books damaged during shipping
• Printing defects or quality issues
• Incorrect item received

Not Eligible for Return:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Books in used or marked condition

How to Request a Return or Replacement

If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at admin@superbgroupofschool.org with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damage or defect
• A brief description of the issue

We'll review your request and arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
