Welcome to Bourne Superb. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store, products, services, digital content, and any purchases made through our official website:

By accessing our website or placing an order through Bourne Superb, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund, Returns & Claims Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase from our store.

1. About Bourne Superb

Bourne Superb is an e-commerce platform operated by or in support of Superb Children Academy CC, Namibia, and the broader Superb Group of Schools education initiatives.

Bourne Superb sells educational products, print-on-demand books, digital resources, physical merchandise, branded products, and other related items.

All purchases made through Bourne Superb support our education initiatives, unless otherwise stated. However, purchases are product purchases only and should not be treated as tax-deductible donations unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Eligibility to Use the Website

By using this website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If a product is purchased for a child, student, or minor, the purchase must be made by a parent, guardian, teacher, school representative, or another responsible adult.

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately. However, product images, colors, mockups, sizes, print placement, packaging, and other visual details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

For print-on-demand products, minor production differences may occur and do not automatically qualify for a refund, replacement, or credit unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered under our Refund, Returns & Claims Policy.

4. Print-on-Demand Products

Many Bourne Superb products are produced only after an order is placed.

Once an order has been submitted, confirmed, and sent into production, it may not be possible to cancel, edit, refund, or change the order.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing product details, sizing, colors, quantities, shipping information, and all order information before completing a purchase.

Print-on-demand production timelines, shipping timelines, customs timelines, carrier delays, and supplier delays may vary and are not fully within Bourne Superb’s control.

5. Digital Products

Digital products may include downloadable files, educational resources, digital books, learning materials, templates, or other digital content.

Digital products are provided for personal, educational, or approved institutional use only, unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, redistribute, upload, modify, commercially exploit, or claim ownership of any Bourne Superb digital product without written permission.

Digital products are non-refundable once purchased, accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available, except where otherwise required by applicable law or approved under our Refund, Returns & Claims Policy.

6. Pricing and Currency

Prices on Bourne Superb are listed primarily in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Our store may display or accept multiple currencies depending on the customer’s location, payment provider, Shopify settings, or available checkout options.

Currency conversions may be handled by third-party payment providers, banks, or Shopify-related services. Exchange rates, bank charges, processing fees, and currency conversion fees are outside of Bourne Superb’s control and are the customer’s responsibility.

Prices, product availability, shipping rates, and promotional offers may change at any time without prior notice.

7. Orders and Checkout

Customers may be able to place orders using guest checkout or customer account checkout, depending on the options available on our website.

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

Bourne Superb is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost orders, returned shipments, or undeliverable products caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or review any order where we suspect fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, product availability issues, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

8. Payment

Payments may be processed through Shopify, third-party payment processors, direct bank payment, or other approved payment methods made available at checkout.

Where payments are made manually or directly into an approved Namibian bank account, customers may be required to submit proof of payment before order processing begins.

Bourne Superb is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card providers, payment processors, failed payment authorizations, incorrect payment references, or incomplete payment details.

An order is not considered fully confirmed until payment has been received, verified, or approved.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Bourne Superb offers international shipping where available, depending on supplier capacity, product type, shipping destination, carrier availability, and checkout options.

Shipping availability may vary by country, region, product, and supplier.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Bourne Superb is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, customs, government authorities, incorrect customer information, force majeure events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country or delivery region.

10. Refunds, Returns, Replacements, and Claims

All refund, return, replacement, and credit requests are governed by our Refund, Returns & Claims Policy.

All sales are final to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Refunds are not guaranteed. Claims may only be reviewed under exceptional circumstances, such as damaged goods, defective items, incorrect items, duplicate payment, technical payment error, incorrect charge, or product not delivered after the stated delivery period has passed.

However, purchases made through Bourne Superb are product purchases only. They are not charitable donations, tax-deductible contributions, sponsorship agreements, or investment transactions unless explicitly stated in writing.

Bourne Superb may share educational impact messaging, campaign updates, or school-related information to show how purchases contribute to our mission.
